Relationships are included when it could be found. The location of each cemetery is given as best as could be determined. The table of contents lists the cemeteries and the corresponding page numbers. The index lists the names of the burials and their page number. This  book is a hard cover book and measures 9" x 11". It contains a table of contents and an index.
